Safety and Anticipation for Spring 2025 Semester
At the Jerusalem Study Tour, the safety of our students is our highest priority. We are closely monitoring the current conflict between Israel and Gaza. We maintain continuous contact with local authorities and experts in safety and security. Based on their assessments, we are comfortable and prayerful. We believe we will be able to welcome the students to a safe and stable environment in Jerusalem.
Learning Environment:
We have deliberately designed our program to steer clear of any areas that might present safety concerns, including avoiding travel to the West Bank and other regions currently affected by conflict.
Monitoring and Preparedness:
Our administrative and security support are vigilant, continually monitoring the situation and ready to adjust our plans as necessary to ensure the safety of our students. Should there be any indication that safety could be compromised, we are prepared to take all necessary measures, including the cancellation of the semester study tour, with the possibility of advance notice to protect our students.
Cancellation Policy and Refunds:
Should it become necessary to cancel the study tour before the arrival date due to safety concerns, we will provide students with a full refund including their deposit. Additionally, if the semester has to be canceled after beginning but before reaching the five-week mark, we will issue a partial refund to reflect the portion of the study tour that was not completed. Our priority is the safety, security, and peace of mind of our students and their families.
